Topic description not updating?

Hello, as you can see, every time I post some new progress in my MM2 Intermediate Difficulty Racemod topic, I always update the topic description, but most of the time, it eventually reverts back. Why is that?

That often happens to me, it roughly works in 2nd-3rd attempt.
