I selected SHOW PEDESTRIANS in my MM2 in the graphics options. I have no graphics card till now. So, I started driving and there were no peds on the footpaths and crosswalks. If you don't think that this is real, then see this & this pic. And answer this poll question topic of a weird question. And if you think this is something else. Seems that the pedestrians can't never work when using the software rendering mode, but I'm not sure of this, need to check. However, you need to fix your graphic card issue for first, in order to properly play the game.
Avoid to add polls that at the end will result useless, since you remove them... But then, what's the sense of use a poll in an aid request topic? You've just to wait for post replies.

Yeah, your best bet is never use software mode. If that's the best your computer can run, either get a new machine or don't play mm2. The really good add-on cars are way too high-poly. Very few cars can run on software, actually, and in software, you lose the deep experience you have otherwise.

But.. Another strange thing, look at MM1. There are pedestrians. And look at MM2. If in MM1 peds work, then why not in MM2?
