Like how do i use it?
I mean actually i can use it, but how can i find the normal cars, not only addon cars..?

You're meaning if with MM2 Ultimate Tweaker program you're able to open and edit the tuning of also the 20 game default cars, and not only the add-on cars. Well, it's not so, that program it's made to support only the add-on cars.
If you want to edit the tuning of the default cars, you've to do it manually creating a mod. You can use this one as base.

It isn't made to edit default cars, so if I underestimate your thoughts, you want the cars drive amazingly fast with NOS? There's already a mod which tweaks all 20 default cars with NOS. You can get it here.
