I think you're right, e-cobra. If I'll do some modifications, like making rainy night, increasing traffic and blah blah, will steal 1-2 seconds of your time.

Now here, the time limit decrement is proportional to losing chances.
Also, the other conditions and modifications will be responsible for losing chances.

So, Decrease in Time limit ∝ Increase of Losing Chances
and
Increase in Density of other modifications ∝ Increase in Losing Chances

Therefore,
Decrease in Time Limit ∝ Increase in Density of other modifications.

It means, doing one would result same as if used other technique.

So, I'll have to choose one of them or balance both of them.

I've three options to do in the race. Help me choose out.

A)Decrease Time Limit and do modifications which won't affect winning chances.

B)Do modifications which stand in difficulty of player and do nothing with time limit.

C)Balance both. Do less-less things in both.

A)Decrease Time Limit and do modifications which won't affect winning chances.

Decrease Time Limit, because can be like a license challenge on Gran Turismo.

I wouldn't mind if the time limit was decreased and the weather is changed to Rainy Night. Though, I'm not too sure about cops.

Thanks for the great advises.

Took me many days to analyse the needs of its Ultimate form, finally got a possible one. Now, Coit Nightmare is finished! Along with it, all the SF section is modified. So I compromised with cops and weather.

Coit Nightmare

New Features
  • Time Limit decreased by 1.5 seconds. Now 47.5 seconds.
  • Traffic speed limit tripled.
  • Traffic density increased by 7%. Now 57%.

I previously used rainy weather with it, but found it horrible to climb that third hill and impossibilities and lack of remaining time. I was forced to surrender those conditions. Angel studios left less things for me to do. ;)

@Enzo. I'd have used it, but everyone isn't like the perfect who can do it under 45 like me. :P
This race is a lot affected by even one-tenth part of a second.

  • Default weather time condition is now Foggy Evening.
  • Default time limit decreased by 5 seconds. Now 30 seconds.
  • Traffic density increased by 5%. Now 95%. (Yes, it was 90% by default, but useless. Read next feature).
  • Traffic exceptions from the race are now removed. Now you'll have traffic in your starting lane instead of lonely street.
  • Traffic speed limit tripled to 45.
  • 2 buses are employed to form a roadblock in 2nd entrance of the castle. It helps us to avoid the advantageous wall hang checking style.
