Help about aimaps

Why did the game crashed when I put 100 cops in the "roam.aimap_p"? What is the maximum possible cop density? :(

Maximum cops in the AIMAP is 25

Really seems that there's even no limit of city cop cars; for example, you can get the double of cop cars in SF, so 40, at least still using the default Ford Mustang GT Cruiser as car. In which city you're attempting to have 100 cop cars? However, the problem is that simply well 100 cop cars means many more polygons added in the city and loaded by the game, and because of this, a crash during the city loading is forseeable. On a very low polygons track with at least 3 roads and 2 intersection for traffic (like in city.psdl, that's the minimum to get the cop cars working), the thing would probably work, instead.

The thing is, over 25 cops chasing you at a time will disable police physics completely xD

That's true Aaro, but it's only in case you use that trainer to get more than 3 cop cars chasing you per time (it's planned to be published here, but I've some things to ask to Az, the author).
He's just asking why the game crashes if he adds well 100 police cars places in the .aimap/.aimap_p file. Probably the purpose was to right have an huge chasing, but was obvious that had to be problematic for the game.

40 cops.ok...no 40 cops in one place,in two....other cops freezes
30 cops.ok...all in one place :)
20 cops.ok
10 cops.ok
3 cops. :?: ...3 cops?!?!? 8O

I was attempting to put 100 cops in the map "phys.psdl" (Physity). :?
