Midtown Madness 2 is clearly my favorite. The best free roam driving game yet. I want another addition to the series so badly, but I doubt that is going to happen.
Next up is the Driver series, I love Driver 3 and Driver San Francisco.
GTA is pretty awesome too thanks to the mods. Has a lot of optimization issues but the fun is worth it.
