How to speed up engine ? I can't understand in MM2 Ultimate Tweaker

Run the program. From the left side frame select the directory where there's the car add-on .ar file that you want to edit and select it in the part where says AR files in directory. After, in the bottom program window part and in the already selected Mechanical tuning tab, increase the Horsepower and Adjust velocity of the car (high param) values, and finally, click on the Save button on the bottom, close the program and play the edited add-on car in MM2.
Check all the other parameters and experiment tries by changing them to see what will change in-game.
