.cfg_bak is in the players folderNow thats awesome! I wonder how uninstalling works though. Or if you could make a program for that too....

Very nice surprise Aaro, now that's a great tool for all. 
Due to it is possible do automatically an edit that otherwise has to be done manually with an HEX editor with some difficulties, and it's not for most people. I still haven't tried the manual way to get the unlimited distance view, I'll try with this program.
Have been got various problems with the manual edit and the values used, that not to all it worked and worked properly. Can it happen with using this program too? Which values does it use for the file edit? Better add more info in the Readme file, like how to remove the edit, that's by deleting the edited .cfg file and rename the file extension of the backup copy to .cfg, as you've successively said here.
