I've downloaded and tried the car some days after. Amazing car, great edits done over the default LTV. Sounds, tuning, damages and dashboard base should be the same of the default LTV, haven't compared the files. To fix the dashboard needles, that should be because of the missing .mtx files of the dashboard, I've added them taken from the default LTV, I've to check what happens.
The vehtypes.csv file must be apart, like has to be with any cop car type add-on release, I'll provide the new updated file. Is better have separated also the files for the working as SF cop mod. I'll PM you the files ready for the release.

I finally got time to download some MM2 add ons, as I remember if you reexport a ingame dash, then needles got moved, maybe just take the default dash and rename basenames of textures

I can't import the default dash into ZModeler. It ALWAYS crashes. I tried manually renaming them with a hex editor, but that failed too. :(

EDIT: I had no idea MM2CT could rename the textures. :doh:

Also, Franch has fixed the dashboard and various other things, so expect a release soon!

The LTV Cruiser is now released and available for download here! Great car Mark, and thanks a lot to have made this very good default game car editing idea. :)
