Use Fraps, and make it with many new cars. :) I would like to see personally, old cars from mm2de to be completely honest. :D

Once again, do a search about what is this Fraps, no? But you Carking could say more about it, though. Fraps is a program to make records and screenshots in videogames. You can download the last version here, it's trial version with 30 seconds of limit to record videos.
For the video making, take some inspiration from others that you've seen, but without copy. You can make a cop chase to begin. Post the video in this topic when done and uploaded.
