ZModeler: Harmful or not?

I know I am going to sound odd by saying this, but...

A while ago, McAfee ruled a ZModeler program as a Trojan. I am not sure what to do here. Any help would be appreciated, as well as any other alternatives to ZModeler as well.

Its actually a false alarm due to the peculiar security settings of ZModeler. So just ignore it and continue installing it.
