What's that unnamed city on Franch's site?

I've been seeing this page on Franch88's site: https://www.mm2x.com/franch88/en/tracksmakeproj.html
and I see that the unnamed city is 15% from when I joined MM2X to now. What's this?

Ok, I give some info about it since I'd almost forgot about that info in that page, that needs to be removed. More, since is now sure that I won't do a scratch made project (now more than years ago), the pages about they need to be removed too.
That "Unnamed city" planned project at 15% is a city that I started to made for try more than an year ago; I'd showed some images of it in this topic, and without specify that's that "Unnamed city" plan in my website. I had some ideas about make it, but was really too much long and complicated (pretty like CarLuver69 with his city making plan). Being always in the plannings part menas that indeed I've never officially announced its making and so more progresses.

I don't think the city will work... That's why he stopped making it.

I still have it, but something cancelled is cancelled, and then why I should give it to you just for "a try"? You won't enjoy anything, the city kinda works in-game, but with many problems about roads and traffic, it was made essentially as attempt, that went good until a certain point.

Edit: the track making planning is now removed from my website.
