Downloaded car loads, but will not drive, game crashes

The downloaded car will select from the menu, but will sit idling with sound and will not drive, then the game crashes........any suggestions?

Reinstall the game which can be found inside the directory.

I think he means that when he selects a certain car in game, the game freezes as soon as it appears (which is why the idle sound continues)
