The person who you want the file you are going to send are supposed to have the file too. You type in their usercode and type in the filename of the program/file you want to send and click upload. They will get it.

There's a quick explaining in the Readme file in each "program". They're just little batch files for really lazy people to do automatic basenames renames for making new cars add-ons, and to automatically delete the unused car files that haven't the basename in their names. Quick operations that can well be done manually, though...
