Very nice! But.. we are rather using Photoshop and Paint.NET nowadays.

But awesome for the renamer - especially for lazy convertors :lol:

using photoshop for dds ? strange , anyway aaro everyone use dds converter to convert these type of textures

Yes, there is NVidia plugin for this. Helps when you reach problem using other programs, as I`m always using Photoshop for dds converting.

The DDS Converter 2 program is the best to convert .dds files to other formats, including .tga one. A such program can't be designed for MM2 since it doesn't use this texture file format, just inform or better look around before say such things.
The Basename Renamer is more useful, but for lazy people indeed, I do files renaming all manually and quickly. I've better edited your .bat file, anyway, and it's enough, without any .exe for a graphic interface.

JPG Creator (I usually use it)
File+Folder Structure Generator (really usefull)
Basename renamer
InfoGenerator (Colors need to be added manually)
FolderStructure Generator (folders only)

New Program! This allows you to share your files with people and when you finish a conversion, say you upload it using FileShare, you just give them your user code and the file name and they can get it! :)
