I have found a city named KLNEAST (found not made)
the only problem is that it isn't finst.
a litle exemple is that the isn't exept the road a floor.
could some one help me by clear the problems in the track.

That's probably a bus route track. Some people like to drive a bus from bus station to bus station in MM2. That's where bus route tracks are for. Ground next to the roads is not needed in those tracks.

Yes, that's one of the HK bus cities. There's no problem with it, these kind of tracks are made like that on purpose: what's important is the road and bus route path with realtive signals, not the rest of the environment.
