I think I have found a right way to calculate UV texture coordinates for MC1 models.
Last version of from_pkg tool:

You`re genius!! I remember that a lot of cars, and especially this one, had caused a lot of trouble. Same as the decals for player cars.
Now, let me convert them, and of course with including the player ones, too :wink:

And as for the long names - they`re just the original one, as used in Midnight Club :wink:

I`m having a simple question for Volky - could you make and an "flip" version of it, like the previous version?

Thanks everyone,

I just figured out, that with this new updated version of PKG convertor, I`ll be enable to finalize the another police cars, and, of course, the player cars. I`ll post here when an updated pack is released :)

May I ask from who? Rich P`s were just scratch made cars, with ripped textures and worst done in NFS4 format, while mine are converts, at which I`m trying only to convert without editing them (now it`s possible - since Volky updated his tool with an awesome UV map fix). There are a lot of differences between both :wink:

Try this TEX to TGA converter. It will create TGA textures for ZModeler that are not need to be flipped.

Nope, works like a charm. Also I`d noticed - you found a way to integrate a support for all MC`s .tex files? Awesome!

So, in a few days I`ll be enable to release new car pack, with player cars, and many traffic, too :wink:

At right at now, each conversion will have such everything original, and even with Volky`s legendary bbnd2bnd file converter, it now has and it`s original bound files working perfect :wink:
