it is possible to get to alcatrez ive done it, but you need to download a fast car like one that has nitrus

It's possible to get to Alcatraz, using the Drive on Water mod.

It is also possible to get to Alcatraz by booking a flight and flying there.

Or, build a time machine, go back in time and kill a few people, that should get you there.

well theres a grass jump that if u get the right speed u can land on alcatrez ive done it twice once ive touch water and the other it bonced out of the game
