What you have to do is this:

1. Make a new texture of what you want the color to be.
2.Save that texture as .BMP or .TGA in the 'car'/texture.
3.Open csc and select that texture and apply it to the car. :)

Carking, thats wrong ;), you have to know if the texture has mapping or a template, who is the author of this caR?

Why do we need pictures, he explains it clearly that he can't find the file. I don't know this program at all, but I think it only works for HQTM-Team cars, since those are the only paintjobs released as add-ons. I'm not sure of this, though.

The MM2 Car Skin Changer program is used to manage the HQTM-team cars paintjobs for first, but it allows to change some cars features like dashboard textures and tuning with add-ons released always by the same author. If you want to add a new released paintjob for a their car, like the Peugeot 407 as you say, you need to download the color/s for it that you want (in files .tp and .tpi); for this, use the integrated download function.
This is a pretty long and complicated procedure to explain, but the documentation available about this program should explain at least that thing, one of the easiest to do with that program.

Please Aaro and anybody else, don't reply if you have no idea of what the topic subject is talking about, wait for my or other members replies able to reply to the topic subject to get what really is the topic discussion. Posting for pictures and other sometimes can be useless and creates a chatting too; that's not really helping...

That help is if he wants to add to the car a new paintjob created by himself. He has said that procedure indeed, and now you've said what to do next; that's also right, but seems that he wants to add the paintjob called "Silhouette", and this paintjob is one already available for this car, pratically it's a paintjob add-on download. To do this, he has to do as I've explained in my above post, downloading it using the program function made for this.
