That's just the Riva's cop mod, a really nice one, and his old conversion of that car.
Yeah, too slow the pictures downloading.

The pics load definiely too slow. Maybe try photobucket or Imageshack

Yep, I really don't like these HK servers, they take hours to load the pictures.

Epic cop cars. I love the wheels. It just seems that, even if a car is really low poly, if it has high poly wheels, it will still look good. I love high poly wheels.
