My first track conversion, Anarchy Road made by V8Grunt for Racer and converted for Midtown Madness 2 by me, is available at 4Shared Files Hoster and here at MM2X! :D
Soon it'll be at MM2BR and at MMArchive websites.

Enjoy my conversion! :D

The special feature, also explained in the notes of the Readme file, is the effects on the cars wheels driving on the different grounds, that means: have smoke while drifting and doing burnouts on roads, have grass effect driving on grassy grounds, and have water splashes driving on the rivers water! For the gravel grounds is used pretty the same grass effect, but the car behavior driving on it is different. This is the first time on a released track all made in PKG.
Another good thing of this map is the lack of bad lagging in not so powerful system also if is present the LOD VL object for the maximum distance view. To get its quality is suggested to play it with the maximum graphic and textures quality settings, like should be for any add-on.

I checked it only in Multi, so I don't know how about lags. The grass effects are nice

Amazing. It looks like a old town, but I dislike the textures.. Too dull. Great for your first.

I'm very happy to hear the anouncement of this track's release. I just came back from vacation so I'm downloading it now. But the surprise ground effects are really a surprise. Thanks! :)

@ Zac: He didn't choose the textures. This is a conversion.

This is my second public conversion. The track is Scalextric, originally made by Gavin Clark. The track is originally made for Racer simulator. It's a nice track to be converted for MM2, it's style is like Billiard Burnout, converted for MM2 by Riva; the quality of the 3D models and of the textures is good, and the circuit in it is interesting. As for all the tracks conversions, it's all made in PKG. It won't have a sky and the fog is black, since it's a room.
No ZModeler screenshots, they aren't so good to show a track. Soon there will be the in-game ones. Here's a screenshot of the original Racer version.

The converting work is pretty half done, the hudmap is in 3D, so quick to make. Still to do the race mode, the JPGs and some other.

Here the Scalextric track conversion features.

New model: Yes (made by Gavin Clark)
New textures: Yes (made by Gavin Clark)
Custom PSDL with traffic: No
Hudmap: Yes
Blitz races: No
Circuit races: Yes (1 race)
Checkpoint races: No
New props: No
Special features: Custom sounds coming from the speakers (like in Billiard Burnout by Riva)

Thank you for your comments.
