Hi to all forum.

I present for you in one topic all my done and in making tracks conversion. Here there will be all of them with screenshots, download linked to my website and other info, like the origin of the 3D model of each track conversion.

Anarchy Road

This is my first public conversion. The track is Anarchy Road, originally made by V8Grunt. The track is originally made for Racer simulator. It's a perfect track for MM2: the quality of the 3D models and of the textures isn't one of the best, but it's a very nice environment for the game. As for all the tracks conversions, it's all made in PKG, including the ground, and so it can't have traffic.
No ZModeler screenshots, they aren't so good to show a track. Soon there will be the in-game ones. Here's a screenshot of the original Racer version.

The track making is almost half done, is still needed the hudmap and races making with other fixes about the model conversion.

Here the Anarchy Road track conversion features.

New model: Yes (made by V8Grunt)
New textures: Yes (made by V8Grunt)
Custom PSDL with traffic: No
Hudmap: Yes
Blitz races: No
Circuit races: Yes (3 races)
Checkpoint races: No
New props: Yes (40 props, mainly poles and road signals)
Special features: None

Thank you for your comments.

Looks like a nice track. I wish the sky could be included too. Good idea to bring it to MM2. :D

I really think tracks are what the community needs to stay alive longer. So good work to start tracks converting. :)

I wonder if you could make PSDL roads underneath the PKG parts so atleast you can include races with opponents. I would be very happy to provide new opponent cars if you need.

I agree. Tracks, in my opinion, are nicer then cars. :P

Track is nice reminds me these two NFS3 desert tracks

There could be problems with objects(in mine cities one PKG object placed over two different objects or two diffrent PSDL materials, but that could be fixed with INST editor propably)

Riva will test it. The track is pretty finished; the JPGs, races fixes and few other things are left out. The prop objects are now 39, and there's a surprise about something that I've figured out too.

I thought about the possibility to do that. A try is worth, but another time. As Sajmon says, there could be problems of the PKG objects assignations to the PSDL blocks through the .inst file.

Wow, now you're converting tracks, huh? Great job.

Nice "Fat Nancy" store. :D The ground textures could be improved, but sure it came with the track, and better not to mess with it. Good luck.
