This is a very good 3D model, very nice work with it. Good look in-game. The camera from the 3D interiors dashboard isn't bad for buses, but is always better have a real dashboard view. There are some Mercedes-Benz buses dashboards available that would fit to it.
If you want to give a try in making a dashboard, download and check this tutorial.

Well, I guess you have to make a photo of a real dash of the bus in order to make a dash board out of it. Anyway, great bus! The model is really nice.

To attempt to get a dashboard you have to contact its author. Hastantyo, for example, has made some nice Mercedes-Benz dashboards that can be used for this dashboard. Is harder that someone can make a new one for you, but a try is always worth, the main needed thing is a proper photo of the bus dashboard.

i saw some pics of cars in mm2 wich are made from very different angle, there is a camera hack tool or something?

In the MM2 cars is possible to get particular views with some kind of camera settings, like you've done with the 3D dashboard camera for your bus, but some aren't possible to make. If you mean the camera angles of some Zac's screenshots, he has used a simple trick explained in this guide.
