invisible track and car in game!!!

can anyone help me? some addon tracks go invisible when i play on them, the car too. is it because i have other mods (mm2 revisited v3)?
It's a normal thing of the game, mods don't create such problems. This happens when you go to play an add-on track after have played one or both the game cities, SF and London. Usually happens also that cruising in the all invisible track with the invisible car the game crashes. Pratically only the sky and the city fog effect are visible.
There's nothing to fix it, probably this is given because the add-on tracks are all completely different made than the in-game cities. To solve this problem you have to exit from the game, run it again and play suddenly the add-on track, without play the game cities before.
