DjDecibel edited and built the downloads submission website feature, so I don't know if the thing of allow to see which downloads have been accepted or denied can be done.
However, is very easy to understand this: if your submitted download has been accepted you'll see it available in the website, of course, while if you don't see it published after long time the submission means that it hasn't been accepted, but for more info you can PM me.
To see the first own 10 submitted and published downloads in the website just check the profile personal info; for example, here's the Dummiesboy's page (notice the section "Last 10 downloads" on the bottom).

The website is built in phpNuke, a pre-made website interface that based on PHP and MySQL database with advanced features. DjDecibel has added and edited some of them like the screenshots gallery, as I know.
