The 1991 Nissan Silvia S-13 Tuned made by Carking1996 is now released and available here.
It's a nice car, but it could be improved. The low polygons model is well made, very good work on it, and especially on the wheels. Pretty good tuning, but it drifts and turns too much and the car becomes enough uncontrollable. Seems that there's no sound.
