Did you check the resolution ? MM2 (and video games in general) support only textures with these sizes :
8*8 pxl, 16*16, 32*32, 64*64, 128*128, 256*256, 512*512, 1024*1024 & 2048*2048 ...
but also mixes of them (512*256, 128*16 and so on).

The problem with the old wheels that happens only in MM2 and in ZModeler not, can be given because you're using the same texture for two materials; for example, you were using well 4 materials with the same texture file, assigning them one for each wheel. Because of this, happens that the texture of the second and other materials aren't anymore used, and in-game the parts result transparent.

Nice SLR cop car. I think that's ok also without a police car paintjob, it could be a kind of safety car. You need to fix the lightbar lights colors by making two colored materials, and assigning one of them to two sirens objects, one for each side.
