soo ya.. when i downloaded a car BMW. and put it in my folder. and extracted it into the folder. Then started up the game and when i select the BMW the game closes why is that. can u guys help ? i want to drive a BMW in midtown

Besides the downloaded BMW car, do you have other downloaded add-on cars, tracks or mods in your game folder? If yes, remove some of them. The game isn't able to load too much downlaoded add-on .ar files, causing a crash while its first loading or while the car selecting.

Which BMW car is this? Can you post the link to get it? This problem can also be given by your player profile, try to create a new one and use that to play this add-on car.
Also, is better to use hardware rendering and highly setted graphic options to play the add-on cars.

Reinstall the game would be useless. Try to create a new player profile, you can do this from the main menu, or, move the player folder in your MM2 folder, so after launched the game you can create a new player profile.
That car uses an high quality 3D model and doesn't give problems if there there aren't a lot of other add-on cars.

No. Keep the BMW car .ar file in your game folder, then run the game, and create a new player profile and configure it. After, use this player profile to play this car, probably you'll be able to.
An alternative is to delete the player folder in your MM2 game folder, but try the first method before.

Yeah, Riva's 320i works not always clearly, it crashed also my game sometimes...

Of course any released car have to work... That car works good, and are very few the cars that for a reason don't work. Try to download and use any other car available here, possibly where the archive isn't too big.

Try to download the 100% save game here and re-try
After removing the car , see if the game work without it
If not , it's the save game probleme

It is possible your video card (some times is an car not compatible with your video card) you can try to turn your video card off (in the options menu) or you can download an other model.

It's not a video card compatibility problem how you say. A car let crash the game while its selecting because of too much cars .ar files in the game folder, if it works well, but isn't this case.
Sure it's a problem with the profile: sometimes happens this, and if it's a profile copied from another MM2 game, most of the times happens this. Try also to use the completed savegame, that doesn't give problems, available in this website, as Wilder says.
