City problem

Ok, I got the textures animated. I just forgot to delete the (s_ocean.tex) file. I'll try what you suggested. Thanks again!

EDIT: Ok, i tryed to raise it, but it didn't do anything. It was still black even when I turned Lighting Quality off.

This is the only problem i'm having right now.
