Sounds like its good by the 1GB.

512MB of VRAM on a video card is plenty. Speed > Amount. Most new video cards are getting more and more RAM, but slower core and memory clock speeds then older cards, the new cards are getting more cores though.

Well, there are five versions of it: One with these steel pipes, one with a tank trailer, one with "Synetic" container, one with a beer container and one without a trailer.

Nice pictures. Yeah, this game has a really nice realistic graphic.
There are a lot of kind of vehicles in this car, even trucks, a bus and some army ones.

Hmm.. Well on about all games I play have AA, and AT. Also vertical sync. I don't know what it is, but it makes the game run faster.

P.S.: Any graphic card suggestions, which are good to play Burning Wheels on full graphic settings?

I'm not sure how well an ATI Radeon 4870 would handle it, but they are cheap (although it can depend on where you live I guess).

Really though you need to decide on a screen resolution that you are happy with, figure out how much you can spend on a video card, etc. Also as far as how good the game runs, Directx 10 will play a role in it. You mentioned before that people with very similar setups as yours get better fps then you, maybe they are using XP and you are using Vista or 7? My 4890 tore through games in Directx 9, but my fps was halved or more in some games with Directx 10 (sorry if something about this has been said and I just did not see it).

Really it mainly comes down to how much money you have to spend in my opinion.

Oh and about Vertical Sync, nVidia's control panel should have an option for it (it did for me) that will allow you to force VSync for all games.

Yup, Right click on desktop and click NVidia Control Panel, add the game exe, and mess around with it.

Get an ATI Radeon HD 4870, the one that I have on my games PC; with it this game runs very well with maximum settings and 1280x1024 of screen resolution.
