I prefered to wait for the next car since the one showed in past days aren't new ones in NFS games series.
The new showed ones are the '06 Corvette Z06 and the '70 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. Here the page with pictures and videos of them.

Edit: other car showed, it's the '67 Chevrolet Camaro SS. Here the Tri-City Carlot website page with the pictures; here an its video.

Showed other two new cars, they're the '08 Chevrolet Camaro Concept and the '67 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. Here the Tri-City Carlot website page with the pictures and the videos.

More has been revealed the final number of the cars, they're 75 (including the ones of the Collector's Edition). Also, is sure that there will be the Nissan 350Z.
Here there's a video that shows the complete tuning of the Toyota Supra; version Xbox 360. Here another video about the gameplay and tuning.

Like NFS ProStreet, there will be the Collector's Edition of Undercover too. It has the possiblity to use some cars in the career mode, 10 more cars to use in quick race mode, 12 new circuits and 40 new vinyls, all for 10 dollars. Probably will be possible to unlock these things to the normal version throught an edited complete profile, like happened for ProStreet.

Last news. This nice game is out now also in Europe. :)
In the Tri-City Car Lot website there are the last 4 cars showed; they're the Custom '03 BMW M3 E46 (already seen in NFS Most wanted), the '07 Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722, the '00 Nissan Silvia S15 and the '09 Nissan 370Z. Here the last page with pictures of them and a video of the BMW M3.

Sajmon, if you prefer to play this game in the same way you've seen the pictures and the cars with their quality is a lot better the PC version; of course this depends a bit from your PC specs, because Undercover requires a pretty powerful system. The PS2 version is very badly made, with an old look graphic and less cars and features than the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.
I suggest the PC version to play it mostly in single player, about the multiplayer probably you won't able to play online with who you want. More, will be possible to unlock the contents of the Collector's Edition by a simple savegame with all the things unlocked. It's too soon to talk about 3D car models conversions from this game.

Yeah, I know that. A coppers and robbers gameplay mode there's also at NFS Carbon. This gameplay mode is only in multiplayer.
Pratically all the players are cop cars expect one, that's the car that he has selected; who stops the non cop car, becomes the car that he has selected.

That isn't really a bug; with some hoods, the camera hood will be a bit under it, let seeing the engine. It's a thing present also in many other games.
As far as I remember, this problem there's in the previous NFS games too.

Do you have this problem with the Camaro concept, the 240 SX or the Audi TT ? Because I've these cars and I don't have this problem. Maybe EA made this game for the large resolutions :? I'm playing in 1920x1200 and I don't see this.

On 10th of February 2009 the EA has released the first patch for this game. The changes that it does regard the frame rate inconsistencies problem and improves the difficulty of the adaptive difficulty logic. The problem with the shadows quality still there's.
Here the news with the links to get the patch in the respective languages from Gamershell website.

The EA has also announced to release new DLC (downloadable contents) for this game in the next months. Probably some of them will add new cars. Seems that the first one will add the possibility to reach any race event from the city instead to go in the map, making it like in NFS Most Wanted.
