Possible mod - City greetings

You know the people that say somethign when you load a city,

eg the "The sun, is out, the streets are dry and there's and eerie carm...
.. until now"

well I have an idea to records some the the sat nav instructions such as "Please do a u-turn if possible","Your route is being calculated", "your position is not located on a digitised road" ect and use them instead of one of the voices.

Any feedback?

Do you mean the city comments voices that you hear after a city loading? They change in function of the loaded city, selected race and used car.
I keep them disabled from the game audio options, and make a mod that changes those voices, for me is very useless.
