This is a pretty old game, but it isn't available for free.
I can't help much in this. Find for some torrent file, which is possible to download it.

in NFS HP2 i like the Cop Chases ! NFS 4 is also good

On RapidShare there are some complete recent game to download... they have to control the uploads.
