You have to quit the gameplay returning in the game main menu.

I tried that. It resets all the cheats except for the giant/tiny people cheat.

So you have to restart the game. As far as I member also the /ufo cheat will stay till you'll exit from the game.
But I'm not sure, you've tried them.

I don't know. Maybe it has something to do with the no-cd crack. Oh, well, the problem was resolved anyways, no need for this.
