The Alien Invasion Mod is a modded San Fransisco(but a different track), and I have it. It's great. There are stationary tanks and soldiers, and LTVs and Kia Claruses that chase you(the Kia is added in the car selection screen). The sky textures are different, there are hovering UFOs and barges, and the traffic goes about 200 mph!

Alien Invasion Mod is a SF mod that doesn't edit the in-game SF; it's a copy of MM2 SF city with some features. SF looks invaded by aliens; it adds new objects, change the sky textures, the fog is green, the traffic cars and the sky texture moves more fast and make some other edit.
It's a nice city mod and it's available also at www.mm2br.com website.
