Original idea this of the language packs, but not worth IMO, because the default game English language is ok for all the users. And yes, MM2 is also available in French and German languages, dunno if also in others. Make packs of different languages will only make the file to download bigger; it's still a good idea if released as separated patch/mod.
To edit the mmlang.dll file you must use an hex editor program, searchable in the Internet. The mmlang.dll file is only for the yellow writes, obviously the other ones of the menu are part of the menu JPGs.

No I didn't, I had only a brake. It's still in progress. I've fixed wheels on cars and bounds of traffic cars and I'm thinking about new paintjobs for default cars.

Does anybody have some of that language packs. If yes, pls can you send them to me?
