Yeah, it looks a special variant of the Daewoo Matiz. Maybe it's one of its Chinese copies?

Nein. You may know, i'm somewhat of an expert in these kind of cars (Prototypes, design proposals and such). It's the Italdesign Fiat Cinquecento Lucciola, the first design prototype of the Matiz showed on some car show in 1993. (You can find tons of these cars here: https://carspyshots.net/showthread.php?t=20353. The thread also includes spyshots of older cars.
