FPS means First Person Shooter, and the games of this genre are game like Crysis, Unreal Tournament 3, Quake 4, Doom 3, Call of Duty series, Far Cry, and so on.

But this screenshot looks like a RTS, not a FPS

None of them. Nobody mentioned the right answer. It's not a shooting game in general, but a hint: Can you see the jeep in the darkness? I've fired a missile into that flying hunter robot and took a screen. That should help.
