I know this is an ignorant question, but how does suing work if you're both in different countries?

Doesn't seem like it would work all that well.

Country is not a problem , if i want i can go on Ohio with the next plane but i want to solve this thing without going to the court cuz there are few more things that will happen if we go on court and Paul will loose much more then he thinks

Seriously though, I don't know what to say at this point. Both you and CK have done illegal things, you're out $1500, and CK has been thrown into a very tough situation that he can't afford. What a mess.

Same thing i told him , he needed some 18+ people but he didn't want to listen to me .

and actually i paid 1050 euros to be more precise but i'm not into getting money from him cuz really bad investments happen and tomorrow someone at school can scratch my paint of the car and it will costs more then that . and i know he can't afford paying all those moneys that's why i offered some pretty good deals and i hope he accepts one of them .

Really, sue him? You know its a much bigger loss for you if you lose, because it is possible because you bought it with your own money and Paul could say you did it for yourself. Just saying, It's not a very good idea at all.

I'm sorry but this is hilarious. If you all went to court, the judge would laugh and throw you out. And then You would get sued by McLaren, Cadillac, VW etc. if you sell the game for money because you didn't pay them royalties by purchasing a license for their car designs, logos, trademarks etc.

Was just talking to ck on msn. Apparently, triple bought unity pro for ck because he knew ck wanted it. He never asked, triple just got it. Then triple gets fired for copyright infringement (unrelated). Unless there is something I'm missing, triple has nothing to complain about because this whole thing was his fault. He took a risk, he got caught, he loses his investment in the group because he got fired.
