Probably too late to ask, will MMClone have support for normals maps, specular maps and .dds format?

I'll probably have new texture extensions
_nrm - Normal map
_spc - Specular map
That's what was announced. It'll modernize every visual of the addon cars to be made after MM Clone's release - can't wait. But if there's motion blur, no one will notice it on traffic cars, I feel. And the .dds idea would be great - addon cars' .ar file sizes won't exceed 5mb, ever :!:
But again, is the project still going on ? And the images showing the progress are going missing one by one.

There's the _sd extension. In the future updates if crumple zones were to be added, wouldn't adding _lsd and _rsd be necessary as a general extension for all corresponding additives ? Maybe at least for some realtime damage/scratch texture placement where the specular values will really need an increase or decrease according to the damage. Not a giant leap for MM-kind, but just as a question. But the shaders.txt implementation is awesome.

"They" ? He's not the only one ? So aaro's not gonna continue this ? He could've at least mentioned the cancelling or postponing. Does THIS have to do anything with it, or is it the getting sued thing ?
