You miss an important part in your procedure of adding the shadow, and it's the texture mapping. It's always necessary to do to have the textures applied in the way that you want.
Now delete the shadow object that you've created, I'm going to give you a template with the proper made shadow and other base objects for MM2 cars. You'll just have to merge them in the car .z3d file, load the textures to the respectvie materials and adjust their sizes and positions to fit the car; you can well not add the BOUND when confirming the merging, since you already have one.

Hey Franch, thanks, because it worked now. BUT I have another problem. Remember that post with the NFS Mod shadow issues? It's happening the same thing in here. See for yourself, in Zmodeler:

and in-game:

I'll leave the car here to you test and see if the problem is only with my game. Please, this is very important to me :)

Are you setting the shadow to the "Glowing" type in Zmodeler?

Name your shadow "catamount_shadow" instead of "shadow".

I've PMed you a better shadow object, with the respective material already assigned. Merge it in your car .z3d file and for its material you've only to load the shadow texture that I've given you, keeping its file name.
In the car folders is evident a disorganization, delete the not needed files like the old shadow.tga file and the .bak and .txt files in the Geometry folder.
Name your shadow "catamount_shadow" instead of "shadow".
I've given him the texture file with already that file name, right because he was using the simple "shadow" word as file name. However the problem couldn't be the one of the overwritten texture by another add-on/mod because of the same file name: what texture file named "shadow" can look like that and have blue colored parts?

That's it! Thanks Franch, it finally worked. Now the car has a proper shadow: Image

Now the only thing missing is the sounds, maybe better specs (tell me what you think from the model I provided) and a dashboard. That's is going to be tough part ;)

It also seems like you are missing a wheel texture, I can provide some good sounds or just use the ones from the unity tutorial
