Great look in-game, nice converting work so far. Those problems with the sea and the sand viewing can be solved, I've done this with my tracks conversions. Hope that all the textures are fixed, I see that you're using some of the game too. For the hudmap, the one that comes with the original track version sure can be used.
I suggest to give the track to me for the final fixes and improving, it'll be really worth; I'll need also your .z3d file.

From your screenshot that issue is well visible, but sure that's given because of your graphic card, that doesn't support the anisotrophic filter or it results not enabled. The mipmap textures (not LOD, that's used for the games models, not also for the textures) for the distances are used only in .tex files indeed. If the track original texture files are in this format is better convert them in .tga using the TEX Manager program, deleting the possible alpha channel where not needed, to save .ar file sizes. You won't need to redo all the converting work with MM2 City Toolkit after have done this, the textures will work also if they're in this other file format.Does anyone know how to make texture LODs? The texture is blurry are the back far away. That would prevent that.
About the co-operation, if I won't have no track file that I can fix, obviously this can't never be a co-operating work between me and you. The .z3d file is needed for other things, not only to fix the water.
