I think Franch was Explained very Clearly. Also with Zac's picture for the details...
Nice car BTW. and good luck for your first car conversion!

as you see the brake disc is gold and the brakes are red with company name white just like the brian's car
and the spoiler is painted in blue and the part that connects the spoiler to the trunk is all chromed

Nice 3D model converting result Dionis, looks good. Isn't the modeling over, anyway, you didn't do it. Now good luck with putting it in-game, doesn't matter about the dashboard and other particulars for the first own MM2 car.

Weird question, I have no idea about it, but is the in-game look more important, anyway. Good luck with the car, especially in letting it work in MM2.

Sure that's just given by the semi-transparency of the texture because it has a set alpha channel, there's nothing weird, in Photoshop you can see it too... Again, the in-game result will be more important, and there the shadow will look semi-transparent too, like has to be.
I wait for the in-game screenshots.

i found the prob. maybe it is from alpha channel but another one is that the texture of shadow is 32 bits and that makes the pic lighter
here are some pics
and for in-game pics i think you have to wait a little bit
P.S. franch check your PM i have send you something

The shadow looks good, maybe its sizes not, I would fix them to fit more to the car sizes, but probably the neon effect wouldn't fit anymore well.
For the frontlights projection attached to the shadow object you have to load the texture without the _ni suffix, that's all transparent, otherwise it'll be always visible in-game, and not only at night. PM checked and replied.
