Nice graphics!
That speedometer takes a lot of space in my opinion... and yes I believe its bigger than the car itself... try a transparent style.
I made it semitransparent earlier today. Thanks for the comment.

My suggestion would be to make that speedometer slightly smaller and a bit more vibrant or 'vivid' so it stands out while it is small. But this isnt necessary though. Other than that great work.

Looks like there are 2 shadows of each car, one darker and the other a bit lighter. Anyway, this looks awesome!

There are two shadows. One realtime shadow, and one shadow directly underneath the car. Look at real life, a lotta games do it.
Good! This looks a lot more unique to any other game.

1.) Requirements are about the same as any decent-level graphics game's requirements.
2.) I believe I have 7 cars right now.
3.) Seaview
4.) All same as MM1 and 2.
5.) Already is!
6.) If I get that far, it'd be cool!
