How to texture map in Zmodeler

I'm a beginner in 3d modeling and yes I know how to make vertices and faces but I still don't know how to texture map and I feel stupid about it. Does anyone has a tutorial in texure mapping. Oh yeah, I use Zmodeler v1.xx
