How can I view tune files of protected archives?

Is there a possible way to revert the archive? I would like to copy the tune files of a vehicle. I promise, I wouldn't steal some stuffs. i will only copy the tune files to my converted vehicle (not sure of finishing/cancelling).

You're not 'stealing' anything anyway so you're fine. I dunno if you can get the files, it's locked, remember? Why not use a similar vehicle?

Cause I wanna retain the performance and difficulty of the car with mine. It's just the same car but with a lower model.

When the .ar file is locked, there isn't a common way to view or extract any of its content.
BTW, what is the car in question?
