Yes. It is the Top Gear Test Track. We could have a form of Power Lap/Star in a reasonably priced car type of competition with that car, or another similar car. But we'll see.

Update:

Here's a more closer look at what the glows look like, in the following order:

RCPD, SCPD, CPD, Italy, London, SFPD

This won't be the final result. I think some like the Italian variant don't look right but let me know.

Very nice work! The blue tone of the Italian police lights is very similar to the real one, you can keep that.

Awesome, I like the carbon weave peeking through the livery just a bit

Also looking forward to the Top Gear test track. It would definitely be my permanent testing facility
