In that SS he was playing Chicago with the SF Repaint mod. I can tell because the EL is in the background.

Indeed!

KingAndy, SF looks much better with GTA SA/Repainted mod for me too than without it. But Chicago it has such a strange outcome.

In Chicago some of the textures are not the same as they are in SF, which is why the zebra crossings and buildings haven't changed.

I didn't tryed Chicago mod yet (no computer atm) and I didn't played MM1 a lot to recognize the city

Otherwise there was an incredibly fast old F430... I can't remember who made it but that car was fun
