There are some black lines in the Top view, so, seems that the entire car model and objects are there, but they have just a very huge size. Select them all and resize them with the Scale tool: choose it, click on SEL button to select all the objects, press the spacebar key, then click on any view except the 3D one while pressing the CTRL key and type the scale factor value, that has to be lower than 100; do some tries to see which one can fit.

It's also better put some order with the bars and program elements.

The faces are just flipped to the wrong side, all of them, seems. To fix this, choose the Reorient tool, click on SEL button to select all the objects, press the spacebar key and then click on any view except the 3D one. After have done this, you would need to calculate the normals, but do the materials fixing and textures assignment before do it.

I might be wrong but maybe the Zmodeler version you're using might cause this. Export it as .z3d then open it in ZModeler 1.07. See if that fixes anything.

The vehicles scale is too large for ZModelers viewports and would be a half a city size in MM2

The car is reoriened as well. Click SELECT ALL below the objects list, Make sure SEL is on and press the R key, Or Modfy>Reorient and click on any body part

Then with everything still selected, Click scale tool and hold CTRL and click a body part, Scale to about 15-25%
