You mean the side blinkers? If so, then its impossible, because the game can't be made to blink those lights by pressing a specified button without re-programming the .exe.Cant anyone create a mod to use signal lights.

What,with sounds.
But there's a program called Bus Sound/Shape Program for MM2.This also have the side blinkers sound and more.And only Some of the sounds,sound a bus.To sound the side blinkers sound.You need to press X.And only one problem.This is a Korean Bus Sound made and open the program (After installing the program) Will appear weird or Korean language.

There are buses with blinkers, but they only come on when you brake or back-up, and only on one side, or both simultaneously (like hazard flashers). No vehicle has turning signals.
I have no idea what that program is, but I can guess its of little value unless you know Korean or whatever it is.
